Body mechanics is the ability to control body movement. Good posture during movement is imperative for efficiency and injury control. When body mechanics are poor, the exercise serves little purpose and may do more harm than good. First, it's important to understand that every exercise needs to be realized with comprehension, conscious attitude, and control. Secondary, each person is mechanically different, has divers experiences and therefore will have different outcomes. It is necessary to bring individual readjustment for each person to personalize and optimize each exercise. This readjustment is continuous during each set of exercises to keep perfect execution starting from the first repetition to the last repetition. Working with your body & not against it is the only way to excel and reach your exercise goals safely.
